We all love to be inspired, express our style and share our creations with the world, from the perfect Insta flat-lay to the ultimate Pinterest board. These idents were designed, as part of an extensive rebrand and launch of HGTV UK, encouraging the viewer to bring this passion into their homes, promoting the idea that sources of inspiration can come from anywhere; the texture of a flickering neon sign, the movement of the Mediterranean sea or the colour in a bowl of meringue kisses!
It was important for us to create a simple, yet dynamic and playful design that could be adapted to showcase a variety of themes, allowing the brand to remain relevant and reactive to trends, seasons and popular channel content. Below are the initial concept boards for each ident alongside the final product, allowing you to see the development from start to finish.
